Time For… worked alongside another firm of consultants in order to develop and deliver a series of 2 day Sales Excellence courses aimed at the retail and service sectors. Using our strong knowledge on the subject matter and our expertise in developing course material catering for the full range of learning styles, we built a training programme giving a structured approach to selling, within which other associated subjects such as objection handling, rapport building, effective communication and body language were also covered. The course combined presentations with case studies and numerous practical sessions, including role plays. At the end of each event delegates created their own personalised action plan to aid them with taking the skills developed during the event forward into their own sales environment. The material and approach developed for these events now form a significant part of the Time For… Sales Excellence training programme we have available to all of our clients today.
